Reservation Guidelines

Enquiries and reservations may be made by telephone, email, and text messages.

To secure a booking, upon confirmation of room availability and making a room request, please make a deposit equivalent to the fee of first night stay by transferring the payment to following bank account within 3 days of the reservation request.

Please notify us after the deposit has been paid and provide us with the following information for easier tracking:

  • Name of guest(s)
  • Date of payment
  • Amount of payment
  • Last 5 digit of the paying account, if applicable

We will send you a confirmation once your payment of deposit is verified. If a deposit is not received by the required payment period, your room request will be cancelled without further notification.

In the event of cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible to arrange the refund of deposit, in accordance with guidelines below:

Reservations may be cancelled up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.  We require a thirty (30) day cancellation notice for reservations of more than one room.  In the event that a cancellation is made after the required cancellation period you may be responsible for full payment of the reservation.

  • Cancellation made 14 days or above prior to arrival will be fully refunded, after deduction of bank charges, if any.
  • Cancellation made between 7 to 13 days prior to arrival will be refunded 70% of the deposit, after deduction of bank charges, if any.
  • Cancellation made 2-6 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the deposit, after deduction of bank charges, if any.
  • Cancellation made 1 day prior to arrival will be refunded 20% of the deposit, after deduction of bank charges, if any.
  • Cancellation made on the day of arrival (before 3:00 p.m.) will be refunded 10% of the deposit, after deduction of bank charges, if any.
  • No show on the day of arrival (i.e. without cancellation) will not be refunded.

Should the guest(s) be unable to travel to Kinmen on the scheduled day of arrival due to adverse weather condition, the deposit will be fully refunded.
